Why does everything have to be so complicated?

Recently I have had a lot of questions about nutrition. I am not a certified dietitian, I will not make you a meal plan, and I will not tell you what the best diet is.


However, I will be able to help you in reaching your goal with using scientifically proven facts. Not by using the shocker method of diet fads.


Diet is how you eat, plain and simple. it is not something that you restrict something that is vital to your health because you can loose body fat really fast. If you don't want to meat, don't eat it. If you don't like the way you feel after eating bread, don't eat it. You can make your diet yours!


I can help you set goals based on what you eat on a daily basis that will help you be successful long term. Not just for the next three months.
