SNACK TIME!!!
Pumpkin seeds with a kick 🌶
1 cup pumpkin seeds (raw, hulled)
1 teaspoon olive oil (or olive oil spray if you are watching your fat intake)
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Mix it all up and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. To cook all the seeds evenly make sure you are stirring occasionally.
