I do not remember where I originally found this recipe, but over the years I have done some alterations to it. Step 1 make rub 2 tsp garlic powder 1.5 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp onion powder .5 tsp smoked paprika .5 tsp Chipotle chili powder Dash of salt (optional)
Step 2 coat 3-4 thin sliced chicken breast. Then broil on "normal" for 6 minutes each side.
Step 3 sauce (this looks like a lot, but you loose some to the pan) 3 tbls honey 2 tbls mustard (sometimes I use 1 tbls Dijon and 1 regular if I have it) 1 tbls apple cider Vinegar
Mix this all together and pour half over the cooked chicken, broil for 2 minutes. Flip and repeat!
