Who doesn't love a great pizza recipe?
1 whole wheat Pita bread
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1/2 ounce of shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped veggies and/or lean protein
Preheat oven to 400F. Take your pita bread and toast it for about 2-3 minutes. Spread pizza sauce, top with all your chopped veggies, and then sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
This is a great dinner that can be made for 1 or multiplied by 6.
