On the go blueberry bars

Here is a quick and easy recipe that can take on the go! This recipe can be made and split into multiple meals depending on your calorie goals. See the attached pictures for the entire recipe breakdown.

90 grams of quick oats

200 grams of frozen blueberries (thawed)

1 scoop of protein powder (I use vanilla)

1 tsp of baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/8-1/4 cup of water

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients.

  3. Take half or less the blueberries and smash them into the dry ingredients.

  4. Add vanilla, and slowly add the water until the mixture is manageable.

  5. Fold in the remaining blueberries.

  6. Bake 15-20 minutes
