Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 Banana

2 Eggs

½ scoop protein powder

¼ tsp Cinnamon

Directions:

Grease griddle, heat griddle on medium heat. Blend all ingredients. Pour 1/8 cup mixture on griddle cook 1-2 minutes on each side, spaying pan after each pancake. Makes 6 pancakes

· Can also top with peanut butter or honey

Berry Protein Shake

Ingredients:

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

½ Scoop Protein Powder ( I use vanilla)

1 cup

Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)


Directions:

Place all ingredients in a single serve blender and blend well. Drink and Enjoy!
