Why is nutrition one of the hardest parts about a healthy lifestyle?

Because there are so much contradicting information out in the world, it is hard to know what to follow.

Your diet doesn't have to be complicated. You just have to focus on eatting foods that are high in nutrition and low in added fats and sugars. This is known as nutrient dense foods.

Then on occasion you can have ice cream, aka energy dense foods.
